- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex IT, software, telecom, infrastructure, and transformation projects from planning through rollout and handover.
- Develop and manage project plans, ensuring alignment on scope, milestones, resources, dependencies, risks, and timelines.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Product, Development, IT, Platform Engineering, QA, Service, and external partners.
- Drive execution, resolve blockers, manage project governance, and ensure delivery readiness at every project stage.
- Monitor project progress, proactively manage risks and dependencies, and provide clear reporting and escalation to stakeholders.
- Facilitate project and steering meetings, ensuring decisions, actions, and accountability are clearly defined.
- Ensure successful go-live, operational readiness, service handover, and post-implementation stabilization.

Requirements

- Proven success leading projects in matrix organizations without direct authority over resources.
- Strong understanding of IT delivery environments, including infrastructure, networks, software development, testing, deployment, and operations.
- Solid project management expertise in planning, dependency management, risk management, governance, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
- Experience working with technical teams such as Development, IT Operations, Platform Engineering, QA, Architecture, and Service Desk.
- Ability to bring structure to complex situations, driving accountability and execution across multiple stakeholders.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively from operational teams to senior leadership.
