Your mission

Drive end-to-end delivery of customer-focused features with measurable business value
Own and prioritise a strategic, value-driven backlog aligned with product goals
Act as a cross-functional leader, managing dependencies and removing blockers
Lead Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Review, Retro) and ensure clear priorities
Manage stakeholders, set expectations, and balance competing demands
Make confident trade-off decisions under uncertainty
Ensure high quality through clear acceptance criteria and strong Definition of Done
Use data and KPIs to prioritise work and measure impact
Continuously improve delivery and refine backlog based on insights
Mentor team members and contribute to a strong product culture

5+ years as Product Owner (or similar), with proven delivery of impactful features
Experience in cross-functional environments; Agile certification is a plus
Strong stakeholder management, communication & leadership skills
Customer- and outcome-driven mindset, with data/KPI-based prioritisation
Solid understanding of software development & technical concepts
Proactive, high ownership, comfortable with ambiguity
Fluent in English and German, both spoken and written (min Level B2)
Willingness to travel occasionally (<15%)
